On March 24, 2018, at the "2018 (13th) Shanghai Copper-Alium Summit" jointly organized by the Shanghai Non-Ferrous Metals Industry Association and Shanghai Nonferrous Metals (SMM), Zhu Wei, Head of Global Metals and Mining at Bloomberg, agreed that in 2018 Supply-side reforms will still have an impact on commodities, but efforts will be weakened.
