Chile's copper production in February was 455,995 metric tons

According to a report released by the Chilean government, its copper production in February was 455,995 metric tons, a year-on-year increase of 21.1%. Last year, the output of Chile’s copper mine declined, mainly due to the strike at the Escondida copper mine.

The government's report data also showed that from January to February, the cumulative total production volume was 938,484 metric tons, an increase of 13.3% year-on-year.
