Tongling Nonferrous Goldway copper output width 1250mm copper strip
On April 23rd, Anhui Tongling Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. successfully produced a copper belt with a width of 1250mm, which broke the monopoly of foreign technology and filled the production gap of domestic series of copper strips with a width of more than 1000mm.
Copper strip is mainly used in high-quality electronic information industry, automotive, military, electromechanical, instrumentation, daily-use hardware and decorative fields. These areas have different requirements for the width and thickness of copper strips. Among them, the series width of 1000 mm or more copper belt is mainly used in the decoration industry. Due to restrictions of equipment and technology, only a few processing plants in China can produce 1000 mm wide copper strips, and a series of wide-width copper strips of 1000 mm or more has always depended on imports from Europe, which is costly. Some decoration manufacturers use the method of welding copper tapes of 1000 mm or less in place of wide copper tapes, which affects the aesthetics and quality of houses.
