Cochilco predicts that Chile's copper production will increase by 4.3% in 2018 and will jump to 5.94 million tons in 2019
Chilean copper commissioner Cochilco forecast Friday that Chile will produce 5.76 million tons of copper in 2018, an increase of 4.3% from 2017, and this year's copper price is estimated to be 3.06 dollars per pound.
